A Clinic that works as one
SUM Integrative Health Clinic was created as a harbour of health – a place where body, mind and performance are treated as interconnected systems. We combine Osteopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Massage, Movement Rehabilitation and Functional Training under one roof. Not as isolated disciplines – but as a coordinated, intelligent approach to care.
We don’t chase symptoms. We restore structure, resilience and autonomy.
Treatments & Techniques
Every modality at SUM stands alone in excellence, but delivers its full potential when integrated.

Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a manual therapy that aims to realign the body, relieve pain, and promote health effectively.

Acupuncture
Targeted stimulation of specific points to regulate the nervous system, reduce pain, and support whole-body healing.

Chinese Medicine
Combines diagnostic insight, herbal medicine, acupuncture & other therapies to restore balance and well-being.

Massage
Therapeutic and restorative bodywork designed to release tension, improve circulation, and reset the nervous system.

Movement Rehabilitation
Clinically guided exercise programmes that correct imbalances, restore mobility, and prevent recurring pain.

Functional Training
Movement-based rehabilitation that rebuilds strength, coordination, and resilience beyond the injury itself.
